Description

Inorganic extreme pressure agent EPSAIL 8088 is a biodegradable extreme pressure and anti-wear additive containing sulfur and phosphorus elements. The product is mainly used as an extreme pressure anti wear agent for lubricating grease, especially for the mining, construction, and heavy machinery industries with high load   performance requirements. Its performance is superior to the vast majority of  traditional sulfur phosphorus systems. EPSAIL 8088 has a good synergistic  effect with other extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, especially with MoS2, reaching a PD value of 800kg and a Timken OK value of 65 pounds. It is  currently the most synergistic additive with extreme pressure performance.  EPSAIL 8088 can also be used as water-based metalworking fluid to replace Chlorinated   paraffins, and is widely used in metal processing applications such as  extreme pressure ester, hot forging, deep drawing, etc.
